THE MASH-UP: Free Britney Edition

This workout is an add-on cardio dance party where we feature a song/genre each time taking all of their best hits (or the hits of a genre) and mashing them up together for the ultimate megamix playlist. For the workout, we warm-up with an easy to follow ad-on routine using a step (optional-with and without demonstrated) and then go into 6-8 legit dance moves repeating them one at a time over and over and adding on as the workout progresses until your muscle memory takes over. Before you know it, you're drenched in sweat and dancing like never before. The class finishes with a surprise song to which the dance moves were choreographed as we dance together and celebrate the magic of music and movement.
