The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!

It's basically JAM with a step this time around adding some flavor to those L Steps and Rainbows. The playlist is FIRE, so let that move you and ENJOY. Remember that if you are new to step (or even if you're not), give yourself time and don't get discouraged if you don't get the moves right away. The best thing about REBEL STEP is that it's super repetitive, so once you get the pattern down, you'll be NAILING it. DON'T GIVE UP! The best feeling in the world is when you nail a hard sequence for the first time, so get after it!
