The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. BARRE HIGH (Energized)
This unique style of barre fitness is completed on a mat and includes Cardio Art segments mixed with tons of dynamic toning moves to give you that HIGH that accompanies the feelings of beauty, femininity, grace, and strength. With the help of of sliders, your body, and light weights, you'll discover a deeper connection to your core, strengthen your balance, and challenge those deep stabilizing muscles that are so important for overall wellness.
