The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
Don’t stop HIIT it HIIT it! BEATS is 45 minutes of high intensity interval training, but don’t let those fancy fitness words scare you! This class is guided using a TEAM mentality creating a highly encouraging environment with no shortage of strong, independent, women vibes. Just when the going gets tough, you have a girl gang cheering you on reminding you that you can do anything for 30 seconds. You will need a mat, water, tennis shoes, and a fiercely collaborative spirit for this one. Invite your friends!
