The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!

Feel Me FLOW 4: Open Hips, Open Mind
This Vinyasa Yoga experience, set to both modern and old school hip-hop, pop, and R&B tracks is both dynamic and static-it encourages both movement and stillness within the poses. This class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for both beginner and seasoned yogis alike. Did we mention the dance break to remind us not to take ourselves too seriously?
