The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
love the JAM dance workouts! any chance you can change the angle more to focus on full body rather than face/upper body? It's hard to tell what they're doing with their feet when it's focusing on face alot.
Hi! Which one have you tried? Our videographer is a wedding videographer and we had to direct him quite a bit with that. He wanted to capture our faces and personality, but we told him to do that MUCH less often after the first 3 videos.
thanks for getting back to me so quickly - i've only done the JAM ones so far but really like them and will def do more! great cardio workout i can do at home- feel like i'm back in my old dance classes :). will you be filming more JAM workouts at some point?
They are my favorite classes, too. I’m uploading a new 40 minute one today that is also available on our YouTube channel and we have already filmed 2 more to upload soon!
