Hi! I know it can be overwhelming with so many choices! I always suggest at least one JAM/HIIT Dance session per week, one Lifted, one HIIT (which would be either Ignition, BEATS, or GRL PWR), and one low impact toning (LIT-found in Bonus, Barre High, The Hot Seat), and one FLOW. That is anywhere from 6-7 workouts each week, which is not always doable, but you could trade a yoga for a barre or a Lifted for an Ignition, etc. And if you just want to dance, Iām not opposed to 5 days a week of JAM š. Beginning next week, we will be uploading THREE new workouts EACH week that will be designed to be uploaded in an order which we feel is the most well rounded for your workout. Ultimately, though, it comes down to what you enjoy most!
