The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
I'm new to the online studio and not familiar to all the classes, was just wondering if there is sample get started schedule you could suggest. I typically workout in the morning and my brain is slow, can't make a decision. It would be helpful to have some structure to follow along with. Thanks!
Hi! I know it can be overwhelming with so many choices! I always suggest at least one JAM/HIIT Dance session per week, one Lifted, one HIIT (which would be either Ignition, BEATS, or GRL PWR), and one low impact toning (LIT-found in Bonus, Barre High, The Hot Seat), and one FLOW. That is anywhere from 6-7 workouts each week, which is not always doable, but you could trade a yoga for a barre or a Lifted for an Ignition, etc. And if you just want to dance, I’m not opposed to 5 days a week of JAM 😜. Beginning next week, we will be uploading THREE new workouts EACH week that will be designed to be uploaded in an order which we feel is the most well rounded for your workout. Ultimately, though, it comes down to what you enjoy most!
