The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. Hi can you comment on which routines are easier for beginners?
Hi! I’m not sure what specific format of workout you’re looking for, but as far as dance fitness goes, the pump up the jam and hiit dance routines are a little simpler than the regular JAM workouts, although during a JAM class, the playlist will cycle through different difficulty levels so there will be a couple that are very challenging and a handful in the medium range and a handful in the simpler range. All of our other workouts (except Rebel Step) are going to be easy to follow because although we move to the music, they aren’t choreographed dance routines.
