The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
Hello Jamie, As a fellow fitness instructor (over 28 years now) and dancer (since I was 4, still teaching 😊), I am am BIG fan of your workouts! I can easily become bored of other sites as I enjoy a variety of workouts. Having said that, I would love for you to release new Pump up the Jam and Step workouts. I would LOVE more Step classes as they are one of my absolute favourites but I keep going through the same three!! I would love to know if you’re planning on releasing some more of those, Jamie! I also loved ‘Pump Up the Jam,’ too!
