The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!

Hi! I would recommend trying as many classes as possible and then taking note of the ones you enjoy the most. There are modifications in each style and, as always, you start where you are and do what you can. If you enjoy it, you’ll keep doing it, and consistency is the only way to a healthier lifestyle. 🙌🏼 I would also like to encourage you not to think of it as a weight loss journey, but more a journey to a happier, healthier version of yourself. We put so much emphasis on weight loss that we forget to celebrate all the non-scale victories which leads to frustration and impatience and then we quit on ourselves. If you need anything or have any other questions, let us know! There is a very supportive Facebook group full of other subscribers where there is a lot of interaction and Q&A and sometimes love videos from the instructors.
