The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
Hi, maybe someone else will join me in this, would it be possible to bring more on demand Lifted classes too? We love them so much and those 4 that are in library are just AWESOME. Would be nice to see more of them, esp. the 30-45minutes short "express" classes.
Lifted are mostly 60mins, esp the streaming-ones, but it would be so cool to have some shorter ones on hand when short on time.

Yeeeesss! I agree. The Ballroom Blitz Lifted is the workout that I have repeated the most (in fact, it was the one that convinced me to go from being a YouTube addict to being an online addict). Another 45 minute lifted would be awesome.
