The Fix is your daily class pick by our Studio instructors to keep you having fun and moving in all different ways. You will get 3 new workouts each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)! We will always start your week off on Mondays with a heart pumping all cardio JAM class, Wednesdays will rotate between Ignition and Lifted to give you a cardio and strengthening combo, and Fridays will be a rotation of low impact strength and stretch classes including The HOT Seat, GRL PWR, LIT, and Barre High.
*Equipment needed: set of medium/ heavy weights (We used 10#s for this one).
