Liberate your soul in this sweat dripping, blood pumping, adrenaline rushing dance party set to your favorite music including hip hop, pop, reggaeton, and more. You don't have to be able to dance or have rhythm to sweat in this class. JAM is easy to follow and SO FREAKING FUN! And even if you can’t follow along like Beyoncé your first couple of classes, it’s ok, girl! We LOVE a good freestyle! Grab your tennis shoes and water, but leave those inhibitions in the dust!
