L.I.T. (Low Impact Training) LIVE

This class sometimes uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle weights, but Jana always gives options for those of you who may not have them at home.
Want that feeling of strength and empowerment you're used to from The Studio classes, but need to give your joints a little TLC? Look no further! This class will light up every muscle in your body using the science of timed reps with higher weights to get your heart pumping without your feet ever leaving the ground. Killer playlist (as always 😉), tons of sweat, and your fine 🍑 are sure to make it one L.I.T. workout! You will need a mat, tennis shoes, and varying equipment (will be listed in the description of each individual workout).
