The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
Make and Break 22 Day Challenge for All Levels
This challenge includes a workout for 22 days straight. There are walkdance cardio workouts, upper and lower body workouts, yoga, and deep stretch videos to give you the most well-rounded fitness experience. If you are further along in your fitness journey, you can start with the second or third weeks' videos to give yourself more of a challenge. Combine these workouts for longer ones, or keep them as singles for days when you don't have much time and need to get a quick sweat in!
