⚡️JAM: Let's Get This Party Started - This dance workout will have you sweating, laughing, and feeling more alive than ever! It's pure cardio to improve not only your endurance, but also your coordination and, most importantly, your ability to free yourself from your inhibitions and let loose without worrying about what you look like. 💃🏽❤️
⚡️IGNITION: The Awakening - Along with the use of inspiring audio and motivational music, Ignition uses physical movement to push you into uncomfortable spaces where you will be guided to become aware of the thoughts which emerge when you are met with struggle and resistance. We then work to replace those thoughts with ones that create a new recognition of that which you are truly capable. Ignition workouts will build your muscular strength as well as your cardio endurance. ❤️💪💥
⚡️PUMP UP THE JAM: Don't Stop Me Now - This workout combines the night club, feel good vibes of our JAM workouts with 30 minutes of full body muscular endurance training (all to the best music, of course). Start with 30 minutes of dance cardio and finish with 3 sections of toning: arms, legs, and core for the ultimate full body experience. 💃🏽❤️💪
⚡️LIFTED: You Can't Stop The Girl - Our LIFTED format takes a little bit of everything we love about each of our formats and combines them into one full body experience that will leave you feeling uplifted, sweaty, and full of joy. This workout includes segments of dance cardio, bodyweight conditioning, and dynamic yoga flows to provide opportunities to strengthen, lengthen, balance, and dance your way to a happier version of YOU! ❤️💃🏽💪🧘‍♀️
⚡️The HOT Seat: Dirty Diana - This one of a kind class will be unlike anything you've every experienced. Low-Impact, High Burn, INSANE CONFIDENCE! A chair is used as a prop for barre fitness style moves with a little extra sassy mixed in. A full body toning experience complete with a chair dance break in the middle to reconnect you with your body in a way that helps cleanse any body shame from our beautiful souls. 🔥💪💃🏽
