The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
REBEL STEP (Elated)
This is not your 1980's Step class, that's for sure. It's called REBEL STEP for a reason; we are taking all the boundaries and shattering them in the world of aerobic step. This class has 3 different styles of choreographed step routines including traditional step (but set to the grittiest hip-hop), dance step (think JAM with a step), and sexy step (body rolls and twerking anyone). The instructor takes you through each routine so you will feel like a modern day step queen by the end of the class. You will need tennis shoes, water, and a mat. Routines can be completed at home without an aerobic step, but one is preferred if you've got it.
