The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!

Welcome to In the Flow with our amazing and talented Cady O'Quinn. Cady's words and inspiring flows will release deeply held tension as you connect the mind and body. Let her guide you through a series of empowering movements synchronized with the breath, creating a beautiful, rhythmic practice. Consistently showing up on your mat will improve your quality of life due to reduced levels of stress and a greater awareness of the self. You will need a yoga towel, water, and a willingness to accept yourself just as you are.
