This quick dance cardio workout is filled from front to back with Jamie and Cami's most beloved JAM routines from Lil Wayne and T.I. to Usher and Queen. If you've been doing our other JAM workouts, some of these will look familiar and some will be brand new which is exactly how our IRL classes work so you can learn something new, but also feel the confidence of familiarity with each class. These routines are a little more intricate in the footwork, but that's what makes it so much fun! That feeling when you finally nail the move you've been struggling with is like fireworks going off inside your soul! Whatever you do, don't give up because repetition is the mother of mastery!
