We use the best playlists to trick your mind into forgetting you are completing an intense & efficient full body HIIT workout because you're having so much fun. You will need a mat, water, tennis shoes, and a badass attitude to complete this class.
Equipment used: Set of medium weights (5#), single heavy weight (10#) and circle resistance band (optional!)
