The Studio is an inclusive, fun fitness experience unlike any other. Rather than placing the focus on what our bodies look like, we emphasize connecting to how they feel and help us enjoy life regardless of their appearance. We offer multiple fitness formats including Dance Fitness, Barre, HIIT, Motivational Mindset classes, Yoga, Weight Lifting specific for women, Chair Dance & Toning, and Mat Based classes that include a little bit of everything. We always make sure our playlists are filled with music you know and love, or ones you will want to add to your own playlist! Every class is filled with music, fun, energy, and inspiration so that working our becomes something you look forward to rather than something you dread. We are dedicated the mental and physical wellness of our students and have a strong community that is growing every day. WELCOME!
Wondering what shoes are best for JAM and other cardio workouts. I used my HOKAs and they feel too sticky on my wood floor, Now using cross trainers which are way less supportive but seem to do better w/my floors. Thoughts?

If you have the money, Zumba shoes are my new favorite, but I have 3 pairs and they are all very different. One pair I don't like because they are slippery. Energy boss high tops are my favorite by far! If you don't like high tops, then the new style they just released with the arch missing are really good, too.
