I can no longer watch my February or April The Fix package videos. The site says Videos Coming Soon. Anyone else having this problem?
Did you purchase the fix packages for those months? I know fix videos are only available for a certain amount of time but you can purchase packages from the month!
yes, I purchased April and February packages and haven't had issues watching the videos until now.
Hi, Casey! I see your purchases and have double checked all of the settings for these products and I can't find any reason why you can't view them, but we had another issue with this a couple of days ago. I am working on fixing it! In the meantime, I am going to set you up with the next week for free to our subscription so you will have access to all of our workouts until this is fixed.
