May I please ask for the detailed info on equipment used at studio? I ask because i often do all of the workouts, including LVL UP, ignition, lit etc, and I DO have some equipment at home :) (Some dumbbells and kettlebells from aprox 1kg to 10kg, many formats...as well as i have various booty bands with various resistance... My point is that i often dont know what weight to pick, besides, i would love to match you. by the way, You can answer in lbs, thats totally fine! I hope this will help more girls here!
So, my questions:
1) the black dumbbells, what lbs are they? you usually work with small ones, middle-sized and biggest-sized ones. I usually spot 3 types of them during your workouts, so.. from the lightest to the heaviest, please, what lbs are they?
2) as for LVL UP class format; you work with colorful weights (green, yellow/orange, and darkorange/red) - again, could you please specify what weights are each of them? (feel free to specify it per 1 disc of each color, up to you) I would love to match you if i can!
3) booty bands: youre usually using it for legs so im sure they are heavy ones, do you have any idea what the resistance is?
