New GRL PWR workouts will be uploaded to The Fix on the first Friday of every month. This class sometimes uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle weights, but Jana always gives options for those of you who may not have them at home.

  • Wednesday 3/30 UPPER BODY

    Equipment used: body bar with varying weights, set of med weights (5#) and heavy (10#)

  • Wednesday 3/16 MR WORLDWIDE

    Equipment used: body bar with varying weights, med- heavy set of weights (5-10#), circle resistance band and one slider (or paper plate!)

  • OCTOBER LEVEL-UP

    Equipment used: circle resistance band and set of medium- heavy weights (5-15#)

  • SEPTEMBER LEVEL-UP

    Equipment used: circle resistance band and set of medium- heavy weights (5-15#)

  • AUGUST LEVEL UP

    Equipment Used: 5# dumbbells, 10# dumbbells, resistance band (optional)
