Some of these routines are a little more advanced and some are more simple, but just like JAM, if you love it and stay consistent, you'll have them down with a little repetition and a lot of sass! If you don't have a step at home, no biggie! You can still do this without a step! If you're dying to try it and don't have a step, we've seen some of you get so creative and think it's awesome. We've seen long Tupperware containers filled with books, benches made from wood, stairs on a porch, etc. Just be sure it's sturdy and about the same size as the steps you see us using in the video. Amazon has them for around $35 if you want to go that route.
